Default MD XYZ Pipe problems...

Ok guys so just installed my MD XYZ Pipe, stock cats and Nismo s-tune mid pipe. Replaced my nismo y pipe because I heard it will crack test pipes. Did the install and now I have a exhaust leak.

The fitment on the flages on the stock cats to xyz pipe is not the best and neither is it on the xyz pipe to nismo mid pipe. What can I do? Do you all have any suggestions??? I really want to get rid of this leaking sound

best bet is to just get 2 sets of hands under the car. have one person push up on the exhaust while you tighten the flanges together. that way the flanges don't come together crooked or anything.

Do you have the xyzpipe on right, it's possible to have that v-band flange point flipped and can cause bad connections

V band would be connected to a md part ie hfc res straight. Kinda impossible to get that wrong. Prolly the connection to the cats. As stated have 2. Take it back off.

It's not impossible dude, it is at a slant and can be spun 180 the wrong way.

Think I could use a jack on the point where the two flages meet and slowly jack it up till it looks like the two meet together better?

I did the install yesterday and its hard as hell to keep pushing the exhaust up while someone is tightening it in place.
