Default stock exhaust piping modification

So my car is pretty low, I have an issue with my mid section hitting in my driveway, looks like the flange is digging into the pavement. Anyone modified the piping to move the flanges to some other location so they dont hit? Someone I talked to the other day mentioned that, just making that section one piece and moving the flange. Anyone do that before?

You can probably get the flanges cut off then the pipes welded together. I am sure some aftermarket exhausts sit higher than the stock exhaust for another alternative. Or you could always raise the car a tad.

I had the exhaust on my 37s modified like this. Had all the flanges cut off and the pipes welded together to help the ground clearance.
