Default Cats Vs. Test Pipes?????

whats up guys .... just trying to figure somerthing out in my mind here.

At first all the big hype was about getting test pipes, that they added alot of power. Now it seems as if everyone wants high flow cats???? whats the deal here ....

Basicaly i dont care about smell or sounds or the sniffer machine... im just looking for which is going to make better power..... cats or test pipes????

cat pipes make more power, but sound raspy and don't pass emissions... chebosto did a flow-rate test on stock cats, hiflow cats, and cat pipes. The cat (test) pipes performed the best, hiflow cats not far behind, then stock cats...
