I just wanted to thank this whole forum. I went through tons of forums looking for the best intake sytem. I ended up buying the POPCHARGER on ebay for $110. When the package came I was a little unsure of the quality on this sytem, but most people on this forum swore by it. I installed it last night in about 40 mins with not to much trouble. I tell ya what when I was done it actually looked great, and added a nice touch to the engine compartment. I started the car up, and it sounded great. at an idle its not much different then stock (a little more throaty), but when you rev the engine up it has a noticable growl.

After the install I took it for a nice long ride. The car sounds so good I had to open my windows just to hear it. Between 3-4 rpm you can hear this wissle sound, and it really sounds cool. I have really driven this car in its stock form, and know just how it ran. I can honestly say this intake gives you some good hp, and really gives you some great throttle response. I love it!! I just wanted to thank everyone who stands by the POPCHARGER..

 

what's a popcharger? just like an intake?

 

It is an Air intake for the 350z. It is a big cone that sits right where the stock airbox does.. It comes with a great heat shield. Best $$ you can spend..
