Kinetix Racing Plenum release info, group buy status
Here is the long awaited info.
We have been patient, and dont want to rush the product into market. We have gotten solid feedback from our most recent revisions including
-2 solid mounting flex supports flush bolted through the top
-permanently adhered flange gasket as well as throttle body gasket
-new hardware
We still have small details to work out about hardware, packaging, and install instructions.
There will not be a group buy, there will be an initial offer sale price. No hassles with the group buy, no payments collected, no waiting for others. We have enough confidence to offer the discount universally.
Orders will be taken through our website. These orders cannot be taken prior to February 22nd, nor will the plenum even be on our website prior to that date. That is a Sunday, and expect it to show up by Sunday morning. This price will only be valid for a specific time period, ranging between 2-4weeks which will be determined shortly before Feb. 22nd. At which point it will go up to our normaol and indefinite pricing.
These orders will be filled in the order they were placed. The first plenums will be packed up ready to ship February 29th. We expect to be capable of shipping out 15 plenums at that time, and an additional 20 plenums by the following week. So if you are the number 17th plenum order, even if the order was placed on the 24th, it may not ship out until March 2nd, etc.
We have slightly delayed the release in order to be able to fill orders without unecessary waits, so generally plenums will ship within 6 business days of order placement.
I have an initial list of orders that will be shipping prior to the February 29th time. These people are on a list per All_bark's request, and a couple people who have also helped me in the development. These "priority" orders will go out in shipments prior to the other orders, and I would like to say thank you to these people, I want you to know it is greatly appreciated.
We are very confident you will all be VERY pleased with our product.
We will also be doing a package sale with the high flow cats and plenum which will happen at the same time as the plenum sale.
