Default Z1 Motorsports M-Spec exhaust not clearing diff cross brace

Hey guys, I am attempting to install the z1 performance m-spec single exhaust, and I am having a clearance problem at the cross member that the diff mounts to (see attached pic).

I've loosened my entire exhaust but I can't seem to find a combination that actually gets it to clear this. Anyone got any good advice here? Thanks!

It can definitely only go one way, has a flange on one side, and the muffler connects with a slip joint or whatever you call it (pipe goes into muffler, then uses a t-bolt clamp around the pipe)

Haha yeah, I did email them yesterday -- was hoping for a quick solution if someone ran into the same problem specific to this exhaust.

So I have their dual setup and even that had some issues. Nothing I would not fix but I did have to bend their hanger a bit for it to work.

Also the clamps for the muffler sections are garbage : /

I run several Z1 products so not hating, but that fits worse than the ISR single...which fits great except for resting on the crossmember.

Did Z1 respond?

Yeah, they said to just bend the hanger that goes around the muffler, which has seemed to work.

Yeah, I like Z1, but this exhaust feels overpriced at the $500ish I paid for it. I wish I had just cut the cone-tip off my old Motordyne Shockwave and had a custom muffler added, etc.
