Default What DE Cams do I have?

There are various casting marks, KH is the consistent one. On the end of each cam is etched 444a 1-15 plus identifiers like LHIN. And that's about it other than apparently random paint markings like yellow, blue and white. Would measurements help, if so where, I'm cam ignorant.

Let's state the obvious- 99% chance your cams are stock.
The question is, what are you trying to do? (Cams aren't simple/cheap to swap).

Should have said that they were part of the spares package that came with the race 350Z I bought recently. I'm thinking that factory cams would not be hand etched marked.

Maybe not from the factory but possibly from the person that took them out?

When I disassemble heads I mark everything

Any pictures?

I couldn't see any of those markings you mentioned.
Just the raised ones (RH) for ex.
Could be something someone else has done for id, or yeah may not be oem.
