solid pecking order of sorts...is this under the assumption of not going to tune? or going to tune? or regardless?

Well with Admin tune is a given if you want to drive. The other 2 are optional, I've had 3 different layouts of the Stillen alone, all without a tune, my car with it, a spacer and exhaust made 254whp. The same day a car made 245whp that had poop charger, spacer, headers, HFC and exhaust. I love the Stillen but it's not magic that the Admin will make more power, bigger tube in general will make more. Best would be a modified box like Nismo did but I gave that foolish dream up lol. Too much work just to have the "best" intake and still lackluster power. Even if going for a full NA build the best intake is ITBs not an actual intake.
