I will see how my set up goes, whenever I get my heads back.
But I do hope you are open to international orders in the future, Torqen over here in the UK could supply UK/Europe I imagine (I passed a link to them).

Looks good for built engines but loses power everywhere up to the last few hundred RPM for a stock redline.

These forward facing intake plenums always make the Z look horrible. Have you guys ever put thought into going to more of an oval or elongated pipe with the same surface area? The GT300 Z's got away with a forward facing plenum because they have a drysump system and their engines are moved down and towards the firewall allowing room. Their manifolds are also slightly leaning forward to allow for a lower lip near the front of the plenum. Lots of things could be done to make these more eye pleasing and produce power IMO and once that is achieved these would become on par if not an easier decision to make than ITBs.

The purpose of these intakes it to use off the shelf/ much more common LS based hi-ram intake manifold top. Thats is why they come are so reasonable on price. If you want one that still looks great look at CJM's. The price reflects the fact that it is not nearly as mass produced as LS hi-ram intakes.

$1200 for a group buy still seems pretty high for me if you're talking cost. That means regular cost will be approaching $1500-$2k not including a tune? A plenum spacer would be my go to for a lower priced solution but if I am spending this kind of money I'm close to the cost of just going all out with ITBs or CJMs manifold. If this can fit under the hood and provide power though that's when it becomes a game changer.
I'm just offering a different perspective versus the "mo powa who cares about aesthetics" crowd. I'm not cutting a hole in my hood... No matter the power gains. I believe most people will say the same.

ZMoneyPIT: Have you calculated how much it costs for ITB's ?
It's pretty scary unless you get very lucky with any used parts !

I am aware of the costs involved with any big project with this platform.
Edit: I also want to add that I want anything done on this platform to succeed. I have nothing but hope that the R&D and effort put into projects such as these pay off. I am delighted everytime we have something new coming our way especially when it comes to plenum design changes. I just want it to look good and function as well.

Completely agree with you, as it stands judging from the dyno graph the Kinetix manifold would be better for most if not all applications. It does better than the stock+spacer, which does better than this manifold up to 6k. I just don't see the point of all the trouble to get 50hp at 7k+ specially when it's still putting out less than an HR can. Until proven otherwise THE only way to get these cars to breathe properly and actually make a substantial difference is ITBs.

I'd also like to see someone make a kit that mirrors the velocity manifold with a better surge tank and a TB that would sit somewhere under the strut bar facing forward. Or do a dual TB setup, this was done back in the day before the HR existed and hasn't been done since.

I own this manifold as well and actually made 303whp 240ft lbs with just the hi ram fbo e85.
the torque was low due to my exhaust setup being too big and also u lose torque with the Hi ram but trust me on the top end u don’t feel it but the low end u do feel the lack of torque but I love it

but once i put the 3.69 diff i lost 10whp but im gonna resume with building the motor and try to make 400whp with a c10/C9 cam

It's the holidays give the mods some time.
No hood will fit over that thing, saw the car on IG and said why install something that doesn't fit with any hood that ends up with you having less torque at the wheels than a stock car?

Lol, my exact thought was yeah and my DD can most likely beat it since it's lighter and has more torque.

u gotta understand holleyhi ram takes torque away for horsepower but when ur in the car up top u feel it instead of down low and also with the manifold u need to rev to at least 7800 to meet peak power.
