Hello all, I have a 2004 350z with a Revel cat-back system, The shop I took my car fabricated a new y-pipe for me along with installation on the exhaust system, I have done some research on high-flow cats and think I would run them but I'm not sure what brand to go with? Any suggestions would be nice! I'm gonna try and post a sound clip of the exhaust.

 

Go with a reputable and quality brand - like Berk.

 

I installed Kinetix HFCs and love them. Great sound (with the true dual) and no CEL.

 

Kinetix seems to have a lot of quality control issues. You can find posts in the past calling their intake plenums "crapnetix". I have berk resonated test pipes on my Z, would definitely reccomend berk products. You get pretty good quality for your money.

 

I had kinetix.....one cracked and they wanted me to take it off and send it in, they wouldn't send me one and let me return the bad one after. Needless to say, had it welded then took them off the car and sold them
