I'm probably going to get some high flow cats for my car with the Nismo exhaust I have now. How loud does it get and will there be annoying sounds? I'll either buy the Kinitex or RT's. Thanks for you help.

Since I don't have to get this sucker smog checked for 2 more years, I am considering the cats out and putting in straight pipes from the header to exhaust. Just afraid it will knock the siding off the garage.

 

I have the injen exhaust and the crawford cats. The high flow cats will make your car a lot louder; about as loud as a damn motorcycle! I recently put in exhaust silencers to try and tone down the sound for everyday normal driving. Also, your car will drone on the highway, and you will need to turn the volume up on your stereo in order to hear it. My wife can hear my car from inside the house a half a mile away if I got WOT into the upper RPM's.

That's how I would have described the change when I added mine.

Stick with the company who introduced the original high-flow cats for the 350Z! More so only bring RACE INSPIRED parts to the market!
