There used to a page that had about 20 JDM exhuast and some USDM sound clips. I tried seaching trought the last 15 pages of post but no luck. I really need this link, for I about to buy an exhaust and want to try and hear it alittle?

nope, but be careful, after getting my exhaust I can say 2 things, the sound of a revving exhaust is nothing like one with the full load of the car on it.

and 2. the recorders dont pick up the full range of the sound.

This is a bit mistaken. Recorders do pick up the full range of sound. Some cheapo mics will not, or the recordists don't know how to record. We recorded around 5-6 350z's for underground 2 and most sound like you're right "there". Just play it back at the same volume as the real thing.
