Good to see that the rumor mill is still going strong...

As for the crock, the company and people from Nissan both stated that before any gains are seen the ECU would have to adjust to the new exhaust. I would be very surprised if Fujitsubo put out an exhaust that lost or didn't gain hp. They have a very solid reputation for quality products and performance.

Why not let them follow the recommended breakin and see where it dynos then? If there is still no gain, then flame them all you want.

this is even more of a crock...

ummm, if fujitsubo made this exhaust, where is their dyno chart? i mean, did they get it 100% right on the first try at it? and even if they did, they needed to dyno it to know!!

why are they waiting for someone in the US to be the "official" dyno tester of the exhaust? why not someone in japan? maybe i missed something, but I have not heard an official claim from Fubo or Nissan on this part yet.

how do they know what the break in period is? obviously they know it has to be broken in, so why not state what the HP gain is once broken in?

my personal thought is maybe they want to sell as many as possible, at this very high price, before people catch wind of the lack of bang for the buck...

i am not posting to add to the rumor mill, or to stir up more controversy. to give you an idea of my POV, i can and would buy this exhaust tomorrow if it produced 10HP. its that simple. i would bid on it right now if takao sent me a valid dyno chart showing these gains.

Default michael...

why buy on ebay when you can get it through japanparts.com for $2053...even with shipping and so forth, it would be less than the $2999 starting bid...you might have to wait a bit but for those who have waited 9 months for a car we should be used to waiting

trust me.. no one is going to snipe that auction. first (only) bidder would win it.

Don't start over everything again, search the past threads about the dyno.
Thanks.
