I've been thinking of replacing their muffler with a flowmaster. I had one before there were aftermarket exhausts (on this car) and it sounded exotic.

It will be quite a bit louder since you have race pipes. I hollowed out my cats and it's pretty loud.

I like it fine, I just can't hear it over the very faint whine of the stillen supercharger.

I have the Borla with Kenetix test pipes/resonators and it is very quiet. While on the dyno, I had at least 4 different people come up and say "boy, that thing is quiet". We might be making some modifications in the next couple weeks.

I have the same exhaust setup as derek_i and it is completely silent at idle. Above that with what I am running it sounds GREAT!!

My .02 worth regarding the headers. If you go with their headers have the back side of the block flange tig welded so the suckers don't break loose and leak on you. I have my own tig welder so it was no big deal. Any accomplished tig weldor can do the job. The material is stainless and welds very nicely. Just make sure that who ever does the job clamps the flange so it doesn't warp when the headers are being welded.
