love mine.

its one of the lightest setups other than titanium. its got ample sound(not for those wanting stock sound; but not farty either), and it ranks right under the stillen for the most hp and torque.

you cant get that one anymore though. either in the next few days, or already, there is a straight tip version to replace those angled tips. same basic design, just altered to have straight tips.

Looks way to Ricy for me. The exhaust note is crap. Somewhat tinny sounding, like 4cyldr hondas.

the look is a do or dont kinda thing. not that I wouldnt have prefered a more OEM look. but cant argue with its gains.

I dont think it sounds like any civic Ive heard...

I love mine! No fart can sound and the angled tips look like you mean business (even though you probably don't). Staight tips will be replacing the angle tip anyways. The sound is a little louder but not ricy at all. hp & tq gains are ranked as one of the highest and the quality and fit are awsome! Now, I'm thinking of getting some test pipes, maybe the ones with the resonators to prevent the raspiness people mention hearing.

P.S. On an added note I dropped 3/10s of a second on the 1/4 mile with the injen exhaust, cold air intake, & grounding kit. (Just my experiences with the above. Results may vary) heheheee 8D

They sound really nice full and deep and rich... very nice system...

The straight tip is back in stock...

I like it how it connects with flanges rather thenclamps like on the borla...

clamps and flanges make no difference whatsoever. It just comes down to personal preference. I perfer the stock look and deeper than stock sound personally. I'm sure it is a great system...

They do make a difference to some people, in general, clamps look cheaper. No offense, but you're the only person replying that doesn't have an Injen SES exhaust, I don't have the right to speak for McBickBick, but I think he meant people that have or had it. I think Borla is great it just doesn't fit what I want. So please stop posting negative stuff about the Injen.

Regards, Brandon

I love my Injen Exhaust system, i have had it on now for about 8,000 miles. The sound got better as the exhaust got older, when i first put it on it did sound kind of tinny, but after awhile it opened up well making a much deeper tone. What really opened it up is when i added my Kinetix High Flow cats. Now it is just a pure monster sound above 3500rpms. It really makes quite a sound on a fly-by.

It is only "negative stuff" if it is true! We are allowed to express our opinions/observations right??

tell that to the people who come into our shop every week to fix leaks and rattles on exhausts that use clamps...

If one is looking for a true dual exhaust with canisters this is the way to go... until the HKS comes out...

If you want a stock look.. this is NOT the exhaust for you...

You should look at the Apexi World Sport, Nismo, Fujitsubo, or Greddy SP2

Really put some thought into the angled lood. For me, it just wasn't the option I wanted, I like the Borla because of its close-to-stock look, aside from the larger tips, and also the deeper sound.

Other than that, the clamps really are a pain in the butt and this coming from a Borla owner.

Wait first you say it is only 'negative stuff if it is true!' then you say 'we are allowed to express our opinions', you first say true, then opinion...lol you're worse than John Kerry ...but to each his own...

I've had my exhaust on about 8k miles and I love every single mile of it. I'm just afraid what it's gonna sound like when I finally get my headers and straight pipes installed...
Oh and another thing. With the angled exhaust, ur choices of rearskirts is limited but I'll deal with it hehe. Take it ez

your right but i meant (positive and negative) opinios of anyone who has it or at least has drived with it. If you have or know someone who has, your opinions are welcomed but if not your talking for the sake of talking.

Hey guys,

My car actually was the prototype car for the exhaust. I have had it on for about 7-8 months now and still love it. I always find myself checking out the exhaust over and over when I was my car..

I have already put this exhaust on the dyno about 6 months ago for a test for SportZMagazine.com and it makes the same as the angled tip.
Sound is good. It sounds great on a stock car!! I have put Crawford headers and high flow cats since then which has made it have a more aggressive sound.

I have also experiemented with Test pipes and highly recommend against it as I don't think its a good combo in terms of sound! Very Raspy!Unless thats what you like.

I have a few left coming in on Monday that aren't already preordered. So if you would like to order some feel free to give me a call at (408)655-8607 or e-mail me at sales@kurumaz.com. Our website should be up sometime next week! But I will be shipping out first thing monday.

Below is some photos we did a long time ago, I still can't find the sound clips we did...

So how much of a gain did you get on the dyno with the straight tip Injen?

BluZee,

I don't know if you have the sportz magazine dyno shootout issue. But it makes pretty much the same as the angled tipped version.

combined with the crawford plenum we did pretty well on the dyno
