Having a hard time picking out a exhaust!
If you like the stock sound, go with the Borla! Very similar to stock with a deeper growl to it. Great quality and a very nice performance gain from the true dual set up.
You won't regret it. Plus very affordable.

RS-R is a cheaper company???? Injen is big????
And I thought you don't want something cheap, but the exhaust you decided to buy is acutally from the smallest company compares to all of above. Top Speed Pro-N1 is the smallest (maybe same level as Invidia)
RS-R >> Injen > Invidia and Top Speed Pro n1.
Maybe the name RS-R sounds new to you, but RS-R has very long racing history, and alot of the old school guys knows about them.
In fact, out of the company that you mentioned, only Exhaust made by RS-R has been used in real professional race.

Im a little confused on something: how many exhausts does Apexi have out for the Z?
What are your guys thoughts on them? Good quality? Brand? Reputation? Any links? I know someone had a video and I loved how it sounds and for like 500 its def in my range.
As for the borla, it just seems too much like stock to warrant paying a lot for it. At like 200 which is what some have gone for on this site, id consider. otherwise, i dont see why id change for just a little deeper growl.
and the pro speed....i dont know. i showed the video to a few and they didnt like. i live where there are a lot of civics and cheap exhausts and well, it sounds like that. Kinda want to not fall into that.
*** Apexi doesnt even list the Z as a car they sell exhausts for on their site...

Sorry for another post but......is the apexi N1 a true dual? what is the difference if it is or isnt? Anyone have pics from behind? Vendors. I found the video and hmmmmm it sounds good and is a good amount less than my fav, the new Injen.
actually my mind has changed! haha if you cant tell im very choosy....as of right now i have my mind set on rsr depending the price i can get it for...im talking to koji right now so we will see....i do liek the evo2 from greddy also but i just love the sound of rsr and i like how also they use the exhaust for drifting....
I just unboxed my Injens - delivered this afternoon. Will probably have them on tomorrow night. The workmanship looks excellent. And, for a full stainless steel true dual system, I think the price was right. Stand-by guys for another true-test opinion. I'll be back.

Apex'i, HKS and Greddy/Trust are the top three aftermarket manufactures in Japan. Their products has been used on numerous professional races either in Japan or International, so their qualities are the best. APEX'i exhaust usually finished in top three when there are major exhaust shoot out in Japan. However, Apex'i's exhausts are usually on the louder side.
Regarding Apex'i exhaust for 350Z, this is what I know.
For the JDM market, so far they have:
Hybrid Megaphone, which is similar to stock design,
N1, you can chose two sides exit or single sides exit,
For USDM market,
WS II similar to stock design
Hybrid Megaphone (I am not sure they still have this for US market)
N1, but this N1 is different than N1 they sold in Japanese market. Their piping and canister design is complete different, and I think they either already discountinued or going to discountinue this US version of N1. The reason is they probably going to bring the JDM N1 to the US, the JDM N1 has better design.
My suggestion is if you want to get N1 exhaust from APEX'i, then it's better to wait and see how it turned out.

Thanks.....ehhhh every five minutes i think about it i get the urge to just order the injen and not look back but then i figure that it does seem kinda high in the price. I do like the apexi but cant seem to find it. In any case, looking forward to your opinions Bullitt.
