I never removed the MAF Sensor cable when installing. I just kept it plugged in when screwing and adjusting the popcharger unit. Is this a problem that I never unplugged it? I haven't had any issues with sensor lights coming on or anything. Why should one unplug the cable in the first place? Thanks for your help!

Cable gets unplugged only to make it easier to work on. No biggie if ya didnt need to touch it. Just got to be careful not to bang or jolt the unit that holds the MAF sensor.
