Im a spaz. I cant decide on the exhaust i want to buy. So i ordered the Injen then doubted myself and cancelled. (The guys at Performance were great in that they quickly made the note to cancel, too my info, emailed me. Order from them!)

My question is, if anyone knows, which is louder, the Apexi or the Injen?

I like how both sound, just thought the Injen was not as loud but if its louder than the Pro 1 which Ive read is ridiculously loud, i dont want the apexi to be louder.

any help appreciated

 

not sure about the injen straight tip but from what people have said in the past, the injen angled is suppose to be louder than the apexi n1

Are you talking about the straight tip? If it's really that loud, i'm bummed. That's the exhaust I wanted...but I'm not willing to get it if it's ridiculously loud =/

 

I just had my Injen straight tip installed. It's loud, but not too loud. Really deep not ricey at all. I like it a lot, extremely satisfied.

It's all subjective. What's loud for others maybe tame for some. What do you consider loud is all up to you. Here are some data I found on exhaust comparison: hp, sound decibel,price, etc. They are not installed in a 350Z but just to give you an idea how each exhaust maker differ from one another in a given car. Some of the exhaust here are pretty popular with the Z community. Hope this helps..

How can people actually put those on their cars? Those sound horrid. Everyone looks and says it sound like sh*t. Except for the rice boyz yo!

 

The Injen straight tip exhausts are loud, but definitely not ricey. It's definitely louder than a Borla, but the sound doesn't bother me since it sounds evil...

You're NUTS. I would get sick of that thing WAYYYY quick.
