Default Injen CAI

OK i just heard some video of the Injen intake and it didn't sound ricey to me. I really dont want my car to sound ricey at all. Can anybody confirm the sound for me(ricey or not). Also is this intake better than the pop charger?

It does not sound ricey to me. There are many posts and threads about the intakes on this forums and the comparison that you're looking for, if you do a search you should find most of them...

anyways, as I read some of those posts the pop charger seems to give you little more gain then the Injen CAI .... however I love the look of the CAI, so that's what I'm getting...

It's a ***** to install though. Make sure you have a buddy to help you out when it comes to pulling off the bumper. You are looking at about an hour and a half to two hours of work. That little rubber tube was a pain in the ***!!!

But it was worth it.

You do not have to take off the front bumper. I installed mine in a matter of 30-45 minutes. You can run the tube up from the bottom and into the engine compartment with some force. Also, the Injen is a CAI, the popcharger is just a larger airfilter. The Injen alone will yield better results, especially when going down the road. The Injen CAI coupled with the popcharger filter is probably the best combo.

I'm talking about the full Injen CAI setup with the popcharger filter out in front of the radiator collecting cold air.
