Most likely a Data Systems Exhaust, since it is a DS picture, with DS aero products. See here:

Would I just need the exhaust spacer that performance nissan sells, or do I have to find one for the g35?

I checked their site, and they don't seem to have a fitment for the G35 (just Z33), but it looks like it fits perfectly in that picture you provided.
