The attach hardware securing the stock Headers to the stock Cats are accessible from the top (hood open) using a 1/2" drive ratchet with a 2 to 3 foot long extension (very tight). If you disconnect the steering "shaft", mark prior to removal so your steering wheel is straight when you are done. Also a ratheting 14mm wrench comes in handy with one Header bolt. Do a search.

Same intake/exhaust setup I have. You'll love the sound and the pull!

everything is on right now. had some mounting issues with the cats. couldn't get the mounting extension bolted up to the car on the passenger side cat. the shop needs to get a drill bit they didn't have to redo a hole to fix that. my borla resonators r tappin the rear cross member a little bit. i'm thinkin the unbolted cat could is causin this. if we can't get the tappin to stop, i will just take them out. sound is a little different; a little deeper. pull? i guess there's an increase; i don't know. i'm more worried about the resonators right now. out.

Interesting...my shop didn't have a bit of a problem with the cats.
