Default Nismo intake - whistling

I installed a Nismo intake last week. I'm noticing that at certain loads in certains RPMs, there is a whistling sound coming from what I'm assuming is the filter. It seems to happen most audibly at about 4k rpms at about 40% throttle. It's not seriously annoying, but I wanted to post and make sure that doesn't suggest a leak. I tightened all those hose clamps pretty snug, so I'd be surprised if there was indeed a leak.

Short air intakes and CAI's- they all whisltle. You can check your connections for peace of mind but it's still going to whistle. Perfectly normal.

Good deal. Weird noises I can handle... as long as they are normal. (Although I'm *still* trying to get used to the lightweight flywheel noises.)
