Default Those with aftermarket Plenums

I am looking to buy a new plenum and was wondering your thoughts were on them.
1. What brand did you go with?
2. Do you notice the HP difference?
3. Do you lose noticeable low end torque?,
Or was it a waste of money?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I got the Kinetix V4 plenum, I never had any of their earllier models. I waited to see how they did before purchasing and then finally did so b/c of the GB set up by zachchrosen(sp?). First off, I haven't dyno'ed yet, I'm waiting for a local dyno day so I can get a break on the price. I do notice it pulling harder and the car accelerating faster at higher speeds; specifically around 80mph. As far as low end torque loss, I believe it feels the same as before and that I haven't lost any...but again, w/out a dyno I can't be sure. I will post as soon as I get one done though, which will hopefully be soon. I'm sure you've read numerous posts w/various views on the Kinetix and the Crawford. If I were to do it all over again, I would wait to see Kinetix Aluminum one and see/hear people's reactions and then decide btw that and Crawford's latest version(V5 I believe).

Crawford V5
I gained about 5-10 throughout the powerband, but I also have cams and headers, which will affect the numbers.
Didn't lose anything down low (I did with the cams, however).

And it definitely helps the SC work more efficiently.

what kind of cams do you have, that you noticed a loss in low end torque with?

Thanks

Nismos--and they're pretty tame cams. Get more aggressive and you're going to notice more low end drop off, but higher mid/high-range gains.
