I got the exhaust the day it came out. So far I have put about 3k miles and I am getting a rattle now. Its only at idle and below 2k rpms. Plus its rattles if I go over a bump. I did a search and couldnt find anything on this exhaust, but did find rattling on the injen angle tip exhaust. Anyone else having this problem?

 

look under your car, Id bet youll find atleast one of the pipes is touching the cross member below the exhaust. when I installed mine I actually rested it on there for simplicity. unfortunatly it then tightened into that position and rattled at low RPMs.

I had to jack the car back up. loosen the connection between the exhaust and cats, and stick a peice of wood or whatever in to lift the pipe, retighten and it stays there. no rattle since.

if it doesnt appear to be even remotely close to the cross member or that doesnt fix it; apparently the straight tip version might make contact with some sort of plastic cover for some AC thing in the rear by the passenger side muffler.
