Default Engine cover be modded to fit Crawford plenum/STB?

I was contemplating getting the Crawford plenum and strut tower bar. I'd like to keep the engine cover but i know that i've seen some pics of it modified to still fit with the plenum and i'm pretty sure i've even seen a pic of it on with the STB too. Does anyone have any pics of the plenum and STB with the cover? Also, are there any other STB other than the Crawford that fit with the plenum and engine cover or is Crawford one of the best to buy? THanks for the help!

I'm getting ready to modify an OEM cover to fit. Vic has done it, here's the link.

I agree that with the awesome looking polished plenum that Z CRUZN has installed, an engine cover, painted or OEM, detracts for the apperance of the engine bay. That looks just right Z CRUZN.

The plenum I have is black powdercoated, so I will modify it, have ZPRESENCE paint it, and see how that looks.

Default Yep..........

I don't run the Z with the engine cover - have it for conversation piece only - ha! At first, it was kinda hard seein' the bay with no cover, but it grew on me quick....especially after a little "bling" was added. Thanks for the comments!
