I had to loosen some bolts from topside (hood open) with about 3 feet of 1/2" drive extensions (with a flash light).

You will also need a wrench to R&R the O2 sensors, 23 mm I believe. It's a standard size I think. I read in the forums that Pep Boys sells something.

Thanks, it looks fairly straight forward. I just don't have lift access and would have to buy some tools as well. I think I'm best off getting a garage to install them. Problem is I'd have to wait a couple of days before they can fit me in.

make sure you have all the extensions, swivel sockets, torque wrench and an impact wrench is always helpful. and of course you'll need a jack and jack stands. btw, a creeper will make the install a little more comfortable.

the install isn't that hard, but its definitely harder than install something like a plenum or cai.

Because the cat is high up on the pipe . Its hard to get your hands in there . Just be patient and get them tight
