Default Cold Air Intakes

So what's the best for typical street use?

Nismo CAI? K&N CAI? GruppeM CAI? or just add a K&N filter to the stock air filter holder?

Thanks

From what I've read the stock air box creates positive pressure like a ram air system. I've also heard good thing about the pop charger.

I hate to tell you to try a search because I'm sure there is a freakin ton of info on this topic but try it anyway.

What I don't get.. Then again, I've only read a third of the 9 million posts on it, is is the stock airbox "pressurizes" then why the aftermarket ones make more power, and why you'd care...

I'm starting to think about going the opo-charger route myself...

I put on the POP charger and it makes the "auto shift" better and the car "seems" to accelerate better. Besides, it makes great intake "growl". Glad I did it. Looks cool to.

I have the Nismo and love it. I feel like I felt power after installing it but research says that none of the CAI give much noticable power. I've also read that popchargers have had some problems. I would do the Nismo again even for the sound. Gives off a little whistle like a turbo.

I like my Injen, would buy it again.
I think the power difference is like the difference between air con being on and off.
