Thumbs up fuji y pipe + fuji ti cat back installed

absolutely beautiful exhaust.....

great fitment, quality, sound and performance. the exhaust is not loud at all which i like. the exhaust almost sounds stock at idle and has a little growl when you accelerate. its comparable to the nismo but more distinguished. so if you like loud this is not for you, but if you like quiet with just enough not to draw attention when your getting on it then this is a perfect setup. my butt dyno says not much down low but increased mid to high rpm's....and i did not reset the ecu so maybe i will get a little more out of it....but even if i don't i am very happy with it. i really don't think i could have found a better exhaust....for me its exactly what i wanted.

here's a few pics

Enjoy it, can you take pics of the y-pipe and stock y-pipe side by side?

check this out fuji y pipe

i don't have any of the stock and fuji side by side...but i can take one of the stock if you want...the difference is diameter and a small crossover on the fuji....and of course quality/performance

this system is titanium=less weight\different sound+finish\more $\no y pipe....both have the same manufacturer being fujitsubo i think but not sure on that one. the nismo looks similar and is stainless steel + about half in price

i also have crawford cats which made more of a difference than when i added the y pipe and ti catback....i really love this exhaust (yes, i already said that and i will say it again many times i'm sure!)...its a bit pricey though and i had to special order it from japan so it takes a while to get here....but worth it imo

The new Fuji Ti doesn't have the laser etched "- - - Z - - -"? Bummer!?!? I get alot of coments on that.
Oh and wait for the "With tips that big it should be louder" comment.

What would be the difference between the Nismo system and the stainless-steal Fujitsubo system?

The Fugi has bigger tips and is quieter than the Nismo. According to Fugi it's also better quality. I have the Fugu SS with a JIC Y-Pipe, RT Cats and DC Headers. I would not want it any louder. It is acceptable/not too loud. But, at wide open throttle, it defineately sould respectible. I left the gas station this morning (after paying $2.70 a gallon), shifted at 6500 RPM 1-2 & 2-3. I'm sure the two guys I was talking to said "holy sheite".

I totally agree. I swapped my stainless Fujitsubo for the Ti one about a week ago. Was pleantaly surprised that there was next to no additional noise (weight difference is huge....the mid pipe is unbelievably light in the Ti version!). I think my favorite part is that it does not have the burnt edges..so it's ti, whcih si different, but all matte silver, which is different still

It's a perfect sounding exhaust IMHO

As for the Z, it would have been neat to have but apparantly Fujitsubo does not offer it that way anymore - not sure if you can get it that way if ordered through Nissan Japan (it's a dealer option there)

Thanks Road Warrior.

Are the little holes in the tip for drainage?
