My vote is for the Apexi WS2., I have it on my car and it is pretty quiet but VERY deep sounding. I have sound clips at http://members.***.net/w.suarez

Sound clips up top. Pics of the exhaust under the Z pics area.

Wow that Apex exhaust sounds great! A few questions tho.

1) Is there an annoyingly loud hum when cruising around 3k rpm?

2) Would you say it's very near to stock in quietness?

3) If you have heard fujitsubo, which is louder the Apex or the Fuji?

I have the Fuji Legalis R. It is so so close to stock at idle. Stepping on it gives a deep rumble and cruising at 80 is just a low bassy tone. NO hum, no boom, no droning. The perfect sound is why I am hesitant to install hi-flo cats. I worry they will make it too loud or possibly raspy/ricey.

I think IMHO that it is the best combo of tone and quiet for a daily driver like my Z. I am very happy with it.

sounds familiar

aside from the Amuse, the Fuji is the best sounding exhaust for the Z IMHO!

Anyone have a clip of the Veilside?

Late post. I have the Blitz Nur cat back, a resinated test pipe from lms a y pipe and DC Sport ceramic headers and the sound is incredible. Blitz makes an awsome cat back I was just telling another member on this site but I forgot to tell him about the gains definetely increased HP My car sounds like my ZX12R motorcycle with its mussy slip on.

No droning if thats what you mean on the Apexi. Yes very close to stock loudness but DEEPer. Yes I've heard both and they are about the same.

Almost all of those clips at least the ones that sound good have test pipes resinated and not. Y-pipes and some have headers. Its mostly the test pipes and the cat back that give you the unique sounds from car to car. If you listen closely the Blitz its not anoyingly loud but exotic and loud. Less than half the cost of the Amuse. If I had the money to burn I would have gotten the Amuse.
The Blitz is the next best thing. I made my decision from that clip and my exhaust sounds exactly like the clip.
Listen to the clips with headphones for the best sampling.
