I know the Ti is not out yet, but hopupracing.com has a stainless version of it for sale right now. The Ti version is 80mm, which is the size I am looking for. If the stainless is the exact same mold, I may just want to get that one instead. Although the Ti would be nice.

Have you heard anything about the fitment or sound of this exhaust?

I just checked the hopup racing, they don't have POWER EXTREME II.

I saw a Z with JIC single tip exhaust, and It definately looks agreesive. and Performance wise single outlet one is always better cuz it's light. Acutally most racing exhaust for Z in Japan is Single pipe single outlet.

However, some people that don;t understand and called it rice, but what do they know.

I would definitely have to get the Greddy rear bumper. It doesn't look right with indents for two pipes.

I totally agree with you on the other Forum Mosta, Since most exhaust gain similar HP, weight become crucial in performance sense. Why adding another caniter or pipe to gain weight. Single pipe, single outlet do give best performance due to Power/weight ratio.

I just found out that the Greddy SP2 single tip exhaust is 60mm. Too small for an F/I car. I am going to wait until the Ti racing exhaust comes out and get that one. It is 80mm.

I like it. I plan to get the JIC Ti exhaust as well. Weight is the enemy.

I run the JIC-Bullet ST single Ti w/ stainless piping. It fits great and is very light. It is on the loud side when used with Y-pipe and no silencer, but it does come with the silencer.

I also saw the Magnaflow single Ti on Sho-Time's car it looks great and is much quieter. The exhaust can points a little straighter out the back, not as angled as the JIC.

Sorry I don't have very good pics... maybe someone at Mossy tomorow can take some if you like. You can see it in my cardomain site on page 2 and 3 linked below-----------V

how could there really be a power/weight ratio difference of any measurable amount on a car that weighs 3300 lbs? Hopefully the singles are cheaper than the others, but as for weight, it ain't going to be much

It depends what you think is significant weight. The full Ti single tip exhaust weighs around 10lbs. A full Stainles system regardless if it is single tip or dual is going to weigh more. Is 30lbs significant? Maybe not by itself, but with other weight cutting measures, it can be.

With that being said... I am not getting a single tip exhaust for weight savings.

It has a very nice fit and is easy to install. The single 3" mid pipe looks very good. Almost a shame to hide it.

If you want larger piping on an N/A or F/I car, you could try to locate the EvoTT...which is just like the EvoII but larger piping.

Not sure if this is off-topic or not.
