whats an electric cutout?... also about this retorqueing thing.... is this needed? because i dont know if i will be getting it installed or doing it myself... hopefully ill doit myself... but if i dont do it myself can i take it back to the shop i got it installed and ask them to retorque it? or would that be up to me.... i guess its all on the shop i go to...

you can it do it yourself

electric cut out is unit you put behind y pipe and opens to let the exhaust be wide open you close it and it uses the stock muffler again
