All parts included as seen in pics - even the instructions. The filter was run for 10k miles and has been sitting in my garage for 2 years. This is a cleanable filter - just needs washing and then re-oiling every 20k miles.
This is for a G35 - not sure if there are any differences for the 350z.
$40 + $20 shipping.
