VQ35HR 1 off, Custom Aluminum Intake Manifold (1,200+ HP Capable!)
UPDATE!
Price for today and today only! $500.00 shipped!
I want to buy a new toy tomorrow and it's quite expensive so every bit helps me!
After today, price goes back to $650.00!
This was custom designed in CAD and custom made. There is not another one on this planet! I don't want to even post what this thing cost me. Just know, at $650.00 shipped (in the U.S.), it's an incredible deal. As you can see by the pictures of the runners on the inside, this was a professionally designed and fabricated piece and not just slapped together. Also, for you that like to polish things, this is all aluminum so it can be polished up. I was going to polish it but was too lazy so I had it powder coated.
The plenum, on an NA car, provided better throttle response and 20ft/lbs more torque at 2k -4k RPM and a more linear power curve all the way to 8K (this was my rev limit).
On a boosted application, it was MUCH different. We re-tuned with the stock intake and noticed a big difference getting it up to 650 on pump. This plenum worked much better then the stock under boosted applications.
We swapped back to the plastic intake because it was late one night and I didn't feel like making new paper gaskets for it so I put the stock one back on and never went back.
Since I have new plans for a plenum in the works, I don't need this one anymore.
Big power on the HR requires a plenum/intake manifold made of metal, not plastic. This is capable of pretty much any amount of boost you want to throw at it. We ran 30PSI through it with no issue, no flexing. The aluminum is thick!
First to pay takes it. $650.00 shipped anywhere in the U.S.!

We always made paper gaskets. It's simple to do, just takes some time. Maybe an hour to do both throttle bodies and bottom that connects to the lower.
I can explain how to do this with the buyer.
