They attach by a piece of velcro that Sparco put on the back... So you can move them easily if you wanted but will stay until you decide to change the position of them....
For race seats they are a must...

Hmm these may only apply for the Competition seats then, I don't think velcro will stick to the R100.

They work on my corbeau seats.... They arnt specific for certain sparco seats... If its a cloth seat it would stick
Just let me know what you think. If you have velcro at your house take a piece of the side that has the little "hooks" and see if it attaches.
