Yes they should be plug-in-play. I don't recall the harness changing from 03-05 vs 06-08. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah it's plug in play for 03's if you have HID. I have 08 lights modded black with r8 mod and demon eyes

I have a 05 base and i changed to HID with the conversion kit. Now my question is if i can plug the harness into the ballast that came with the kit will it allow these lights to be plug and play?

If you ve a "HID kit" then no it not plug and play. But if you converted to factory hid then yes it will be plug and play.
