No leaks, cracks and all the wiring is attached and in perfect working order. A complete plug and play setup. The bulbs worked perfectly when I took the headlights out which was about two years ago so I completely expect them to work, but I won't testify to it. I'm not sure if setting on the shelf effects the bulbs. There is a few scratches on the left one which you can wet sand out or buy a headlight restore kit to fix (see pictures). Other than a few scratches they are in perfect working order. Sold
