Exclamation Transmission Grinding Noise

after i start driving and i press the clutch, the car makes a strange grinding noise. I've heard that a lot of manuals have been having this problem. I even took it to 2 dealerships and they said that nothing is wrong. I talked to some people and they said that there is a TSB on the 6MT. Can someone help me out. I've been having this problem for over 6 months now. What should i do?

do you mean to say you hear the grind when you shift, or only when push in the clutch? if you don't move the shifter then it's not the tranny. if it's grinding/notchy when you shift (or only when the tranny is cold), check the transmission fluid levels.
