30k maintanence
i would. inspection doesn't mean repair of maintanence, and do you know if all your fluids have been changed? if all the 30k stuff was done and you know it, maybe you don't need it. ask the dealer if all the 30k stuff was done in prep for the sale, and ask to see the paperwork.

Also, check your owner's manual on what is MANDATORY for the 30K service. Some dealers go above and beyond the factory warranty and YOU should decide if this is what you want to pay for. On the other hand, you don't want to void the remainder of your 3 yr/36K factory or 5/50K powertrain warranties because of a simple oversight.

I just bought my Z used recently as well....but if it was a salesguy who said it wasn't necessary I'd double check with a service person. especially if your salesguy told you that in the process of selling you the car.
