Authorization, for tranny replacement....
Hey guys/girls. I was wondering how long it took your dealer to get the authorization to replace your tranny's. The dealer I am dealing with I believe is giving me the runaround. Same thing they did to my dad. Why would it take 2 full days to pick up the phone and get authorization for a tranny replacement that the tech told me needs replacing?

my dealer took my car for 2 days and put almost 250 miles on it, they returned it to me and handed me a bill for gas! so i told the tech to get in the car and ride with me like they should have in the first place. i swear i got it to grind before we got out of the parking lot!!!!!!!!
they called right then and 3 days later i had a new tranny
