BUZZING from dash

BUZZING from dash
In about one of every 50 shut-offs, I'll get a buzzing from what sounds like the dash. If I remove the key....the buzz continues. The buzz will only stop when I moved the key back to the forward position. That always stops it.
Any thoughts?
