tire pressure warning light...help
i cant get to the shop till monday, my Z has 2000 miles and the tire pressure light went on...my tires are all fine..when i used the dash pressure indictaor it said all the tires are 28 psi and one rear is 38, but again all tires are fine. Im a nervous Nelly and guess what it can be.
lol this is no problem. The funny thing is mine did the same thing after rain. Just adjust your tire psi accordingly. The Z car doesnt want your tires at anything under 30psi i believe. Mine cam with 32psi all around so im guessing thats what it should be. Right now since i adjusted my psi they all sit at 32 or 33. Just bleed the 38psi down and up the other three tires then the warning light goes away. Also just bc your tire isnt FLAT doesnt mean its good to go, it can still be low trust me.
all four tires should be at 35 psi cold. when it is hot enough they can even reach 40-42...thats totally normal. but cold psi should be at 35. that is what is recommended. its dangerous and also bad for tire wear to keep it at less or more than optimal psi.
