Everytime I look at my service manual, it mentions the Consult-II as part of the diagnostics. Is this a ridiculously expensive piece of equipment? The manual says its a hand held tester, so I wouldn't think it would be too gross a price. Can mere mortals even buy this thing? Google comes up with nothing useful.
