ok so i finally got off the phone with a preliminary NNA warranty rep, he told me all usless BS but said he'll foward my complaint onto some other dept that handles warranty stuff. so here is my time line. 7 month after purchase of new Z got tranny replaced, about 5 months later, got passenger window motor replaced, 1 month ago i got my long block replaced, and now my driver's side window motor is about to break. sounds like a got a real lemon, but all these do not fall under the lemon law and it has been over year so i won't even qualify for it anyways.
so the reason why i called NNA is because i want them to extend my car's warranty at THEIR cost. now..i believe i have pretty good case, but its just a matter of talking them down for them to approve it. has anyone been able to do this?? and what should i tell them as my defense? i really wish they would buy back my car because its just a total lemon. i have had all the possible known problems except tire feather but i am having pretty loud tire roar, but tires are fine.
so if anyone out there has gotten approved for extended warranty @ NNA's cost, please let me know what i should say or do. thanks!

well i know that already, but with all this stuff happening to a brand new car, i believe im entitled for an extended warranty at their cost. to allow me to sleep at nights. don't u think??
Lets say that the transmission was last repaired at 30,000 miles. You want the transmission warranted an additional 50,000 miles or 80,000 miles? Ummm...its possible. Can’t hurt to ask.
Any one know how to apply lemon law? Who to call? I replaced my tranny 3 times, one time driver side motor, tire wear unevenly.....damn. I waste so many time just for visit dealer and try to get my issues fixed. I think it's time Nissan buy back my car so I can get a 05.
