Looks like they haven't fixed the problem with pulling right. Sooo stupid, I hope they cannot fix it two more times so I can try to sell it back to Nissan and get an '06 ( Lemon Law )

I am so tired of Nissan trying to cover up their mistakes and making people jump through hoops to get things right.

I also have this grinding/scraping noise from my right rear wheel area, but it only seems to happen after driving it a bit and so the techs at the dealership "could not reproduce" the issue.

I got the car back and noticed that my seat now appears to be loose ( top half ) and moves left/right as I turn.

Anyone else noticing these issues in the 2005 models? What have you done about them if you have/

Roads are cantered for water run-off. Generally, if you take your hands off the steering wheel, the car will move slightly to the right.

 

Sure sounds like you have an 03, not an 05.

 

This has nothing to do with the crown of the road, and this pull isn't slight.

 

Get an alignment at a competent shop, preferably one that knows a few things about race cars. My '04 pulled to the right, I told the dealer, and they just recentered the steering wheel. After a realignment at another shop, it now drives straight. The rear toe was off resulting in a non-zero thrust angle.

I don't mind doing this as long as it is covered under warranty and i don't have to pay for it.

Has anyone done what Asterix has suggested and had it covered by Nissan?

Notice how it refers to the 2003-4 model years?

 

My 05 has the pull to the right issue as well. I originally took it to the dealer and they did a full alignment, which it was off by a fair amount, but this didnt do much to cure the problem. Seems that it only pulls to the right around certain speeds though. Around 30-50 mph is the target speed where it will drift on any type of street, but on the highway it remains fairly stable. I've kinda learned to live with it now unfortunately.

 

I have a 2004 Z Coupe with about 36,000 miles that exhibited the same pulling to the right problem. My car actually drove perfect with my 19" Volk GT-Cs dropped on Tein S-Techs. I had the dealer reinstall my stock 17s and do an alignment. It was AFTER the alignment that my car started pulling to the right.
Took it back, and they diagnosed the right front suspension compression rod as the problem. It is actually covered by a TSB, #NTB03-046a. Well, this reduced the problem a little bit, but didn't cure it. So, I talked the service adviser into ordering me 2 new tires as part of that new extended warranty due to tire feathering. The tires should be in by Thursday, so we'll see what happens. Hope this helps.
