My valve stem leaked air and I hit a pot hole with low psi and dammaged my right front rim, I took it to get it balanced and he said it was a little "out of wack" and when I go above 50 the steering wheel jiggles, is there anything I can do, my rims are 1 piece .

 

The wheel is out of round and out of balance. The technician told you that he didn't want to put more weights on the wheel?

Some damaged wheels can't be properly balanced.

 

He put weights on it and said thats the best he could do, the Nissan dealership recommended me to the BMW dealership because they had the best tire balance in town

 

Probably need a new wheel unfortunately.

Take it to a wheels repair shop. http://www.mobilewheelrepair.com at least talk to them before buying a new wheel.
