I might be buying a '03-'04 Z here in the next few months. I know the Z has had some problems with the tranny. My question is, if I buy a Z from a private party, and I think the tranny is grinding, will a dealer still fix this? The car will definately be under warranty, but I'm wondering if I'm the 2nd owner of this car, will the dealer still fix it? TIA

The number of owners have nothing to do with warranty claims. First or tenth owner, a valid warranty is a valid warranty. For other question, please review
