brake light

When I was driving to work this morning I got a little squirley. right after that my brake light came on and would not go off the parking brake is not on. any suggestions would be helpful thanks

it did it again this morning does anybody have a clue why the brake light is coming on

The brake light usually comes on when the brake fluid is low.
