My left speaker doesnt work with cd's. it started once when i was driving. i removed the cd and put it back then it worked fine. now no matter what i do it doesnt work. its a bose system and the speakers work fine with the radio. Any help before i see the dealer? Thanx Jonathan..

 

it's an internal problem with the head unit. i am about to get my 2nd replacement. it's a known problem, so just holler at your dealer.

 

I had the same problem as you Jon. Like Tekwon-V mentioned, it's a problem with the headunit. Just have the dealership replace it for you. I had 2 replaced and now it finally works.

 

These guys are right! The dealer will inspect the problem and replace your deck. Just keep 2 things in mind.

1) If it's an intermittent problem (as mine was) the dealer will need to be able to duplicate it on their test drive before they will replace it. If your luck is anything like mine they won't be able to, so be a pain in the @$$ about it, it's the best way to get things done.

2) Most dealer's don't stock the bose head-unit; they will have to order it which takes about 2 weeks. So you probably want to get the process started asap.
