Instrument Cluster question
Got a question for you guys . I imported a 350z from US to Canada, now i want switch the guage cluster with a canadian one ..
I know that you can switch a U.S one with a another U.S one , but can it be swaped from a U.S to CAN without problems ?

Usually the cheapest way to go is to get the Canadian inserts for the guage and find a shop that does odom reprogramming. I used to work in the car business and in the us we would buy canadian cars and have the odometers changed, via reprogramming the chip, from km to mi... the company would also instal the guage insert so it would show miles on the outside ring instead of km... The funny thing is that it's concidered a little "Grey" so it might take a little work to find a company that does it. It is legal in the US at least.
Ive already got the canadian cluster, i can take off just the insert part , but then when im driving its still going to count in miles , since the 350z has no way to switch back and forth like some other cars.
I just dont want to stick on the canadian cluster and have the cars ecu mess up because it does not recognize metric .
