Would anyone happen to know a good way to tap the fuel line...

for a fuel pressure gauge? I see one fuel line on the passengers side feeding what looks like an fpr. There's some brass fittings feeding the other fuel rail, and what appears to be a return line, but it has an evap valve on the top. Is it an EVAP line or a fuel return?
